Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.

- All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- The product must not be damaged, stained, altered, or show any signs of use.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Products without their original tags or packaging.
- Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable (if applicable).
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. After verification, we will review your request and process it accordingly.
Refunds
Refunds are only provided if:
- The ordered product is unavailable and cannot be replaced.
- We are unable to fulfill your order.
